Tribratanews.polri.go.id - The National Police Chief (Kapolri), Police General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Sc., emphasized his commitment to realizing people's expectations for the Police to become a beloved institution.
This statement was conveyed by the Head of the Public Relations Division (Kadiv Humas) of Polri, Inspector General Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, M.Hum., M.Sc., M.M., when reading the remarks of Kapolri at the book review event "Jalan Presisi Kapolri" at Paramadina University, Monday (29/3/2022).
Kadiv Humas said that the thoughts of Kapolri in the book were written as a reflection amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
"The challenge since the beginning of my leadership has been to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts on the health, economic, social, and educational aspects," wrote Kapolri.
The Two-Star General also explained that this reflection aims to further improve the Bhayangkara Corps. Moreover, there are still several homeworks that have yet to be done. According to him, the homework includes increasing synergy, improving law enforcement processes, and resolving human rights issues.
"We will continue to resolve all things that have not been done yet," he concluded.
