Tribratanews.polri.go.id - Lebak. Banten Police Chief (Kapolda Banten) Inspector General Prof. Dr. Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, S.H., M.H., M.B.A., ordered all the Departamental Police Chiefs (Kapolres) in Banten to accelerate the booster vaccination ahead of homecing Eid 2022.
"In order to achieve the booster vaccination target, all Kapolres in Banten are ordered to do an acceleration vaccination programs so we can achieve herd immunity ahead of the Holy month of Ramadhan," saat Kapolda Banten when accompanying The Head of the Education and Training Institute (Kalemdimlat) at Lebak's Regent Hall.
For those who wants to go homecoming at Eid al-Fitr 2022, they are required to be inoculated with the booster vaccination so they can safely interact with their family back home.
"As long as the people are vaccinated with the booster and still comply with the restrictions on Ramadhan, we are sure that the Covid-19 case will not surge again," said the Two-Star General.
In that vaccination program, Polda Banten has prepared 1,000 doses of vaccines to the general public and the elderly. The program was supported by 15 vaccinator from Polres Lebak Medical Department and Lebak Health Department.
Polda Banten, along with the Lebak Regent Government, distributed 1,000 food supplies which included rice, cooking oil, and instant noodles, also canned foods to the vaccine participant.
