Cimahi Police (Polres Cimahi) and TNI-AD personnel share snacks for iftar (takjil) to the public and drivers who passed in front of the Cimahi Police Headquarters, West Java Police, on Monday (04/04/22).
Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of the West Java Police (Polda Jabar), Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo S.I.K., M.Si, said that the Head of the Cimahi Police (Kapolres Cimahi) shared the takjil to show their kindliness for the people who were fasting.
The activity, which was held on the second day of Ramadan 1443 H 2022, was led directly by the Kapolres Cimahi AKBP Imron Ermawan, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., accompanied by the Deputy Chief of the Cimahi Police (Wakapolda), Commissioner Niko N Adiputra, along with the High Official of Polres Cimahi and his staff.
“This activity may seem simple, but I hope it will be useful for the people, especially those who are fasting, "said Kapolda Cimahi
The number of takjil that was shared varies in number. He explained that around 300 takjil were shared at several points. It is hoped that this activity will certainly provide convenience for the community, especially for those who are fasting, to be able to break their fast while on their road.
"Because maybe on the road, as we all know, there some roads who had severe traffic jams. So with this activity, they can break their fast even though they are not able to be at their homes," explained Kapolres Cimahi.
