Tribratanews.polri.go.id - In this holy month of Ramadan, Central Lombok Police held a booster vaccination. This free vaccination for the community was held at the Sengkol Village Office, Pujut District, on Thursday (07/04/2022).
"This vaccine is intended for the community to provide communal immunity during the Holy Month of Ramadan 2022," said AKBP Hery Indra Cahyono SH., S.I.K., MH., in a written statement in Praya.
That vaccination program is carried out by the Indonesian National Police in collaboration with the TNI, health workers, and the village government. Vaccinations were held simultaneously throughout Indonesia under the direct leadership of the Deputy Chief of Police, Commissioner General Dr. Drs. Gatot Eddy Pramono, M.Sc., via Zoom.
The event was also attended by the Head of the NTB Police, Inspector General Drs. Djoko Poerwanto, Regent of Central Lombok, Lalu Pathul Bahri, Head of Central Lombok Health Service, Head of Pujut Sub-district, Head of Sengkol Village, along with local community leaders.
In addition to reviewing vaccination activities, Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto also distributed social aid to the underprivileged and the elderly. "The regional police chief also distributes social assistance to the participants," said the Central Lombok Police Chief.
AKBP Hery Indra Cahyono SH., S.I.K., MH., also hopes that all elements of the government and society, work together in solving the Covid-19 problem by making the vaccination program a success. "Let's support and succeed in this booster vaccination activity," concluded the Central Lombok Police Chief.
